Health Lab Tracker is a personal health data visualization tool that helps you consolidate and view your lab results from multiple sources in one place. This service is for educational and informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

2. Data Collection & Privacy

When you connect your hospital patient portal (Epic MyChart, Oracle Health/Cerner, etc.), HealthTracker requests read-only access to the record types used by the app, including laboratory results and, where the hospital authorizes them, medications, conditions, clinical documents and diagnostic reports. The Provider Coverage Ledger shows what was requested, granted and retrieved for each connection. Your data is stored securely and is not shared with third parties.

  • We never see or store your hospital portal password
  • You can revoke access at any time from your hospital portal settings
  • You can request deletion of your data by contacting us

3. Not Medical Advice

Health Lab Tracker provides data visualization and general health scoring. It does not provide medical diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or clinical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions.

4. AI-Generated Content

Some features use AI to generate health summaries and interpretations. These are for educational purposes only and may not be accurate or complete. Do not rely on AI-generated content for medical decisions.

5. Accuracy

While we strive to accurately import and display your lab results, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of data imported from external sources. Always verify results against your original lab reports.

6. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

7. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
